Spring Cherry Blossoms

I just love spring!

I love winter just up until after the first snow, and then I get tired of being cold.

Spring can be windy, the weather can be rainy or clear,  hot or cold, but either way things are looking up and summer is on its way.

One of my most favorite things about spring is my yard.  It is one of the reasons we decided to purchase our home. We first looked at it in early spring and the ornamental cherry tree was in full bloom, there were also small tulips blooming and a beautiful lilac about to bloom. The pink blossoms of the cherry tree are the first thing you see in the court yard if you visit my home in spring. I love it! Its beauty each spring just make me smile and the shade from its branches the rest of summer creates it a cool and relaxing space. It is a great space to your coffee in the AM, or sit and read as my daughter plays outside.

For this post I thought I might share some of this beauty with you!

Hope you have the most wonderful day!

Eggs for April

Eggs for April, originally uploaded by ljdesignphoto.
Just a quick post to wish everyone a beautiful Easter!
I always love the feel of a new spring and watching my daughter running around finding eggs in the morning. The best traditions are those that you pass on to your children.
Happy Easter!
